As Founder and Managing Director, Yongyoot is responsible for leading Borealis’s investment banking initiatives specialized in Merger & Acquisition. With over 20 years of professional experience in investment banking, Yongyoot has successful tracked record in M&A, equity fund raising, and financial and group restructuring. He is recognized for exceptional deal structuring, having closed numerous transactions in various industries, ranging from energy, automotive, aviation, healthcare, hospitality to retail and industrial estate. Prior to establish Borealis in 2021, Yongyoot is Head of Investment Banking at TMB and before that, First Senior Vice President and Sector Head at Siam Commercial Bank PCL and Senior Vice President at Asia Plus Securities PCL where he was instrumental in building up the banks’ capital markets and advisory platforms through successful origination / structuring and completion of landmark industry-leading deals. Yongyoot received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Chulalongkorn University before pursuing his Masters of Business Administration at Assumption University.
